Upon completion, you will earn a recognised qualification that allows you to confidently practise as an Ayurvedic therapist in the UK.
Our programmes are accredited by The Complementary Medical Association (CMA), and you may also be eligible for indemnity insurance, enabling you to establish an independent practice.

- History and Basic Principles of Ayurveda
- Basic Anatomy and Ayurvedic Physiology
- Client Care and Communication, including Ayurvedic Client Consultation
- Monitoring and Maintaining Health and Safety Practice
- Maintaining Personal Health and Wellbeing
- Overview of Commonly used Ayurvedic Herbs and Oils
- Providing Ayurvedic Full Body Massage using Ayurvedic Oils, including Indian Head Massage
- Application of Sweda / Heat Treatment, including Potali Massage / Kizhi Treatment
- Providing Ayurvedic Powder Massage / Udwarthana Treatment
- Application of External Oil Retention Treatment / External Basthi Treatment
- Shirodhara Treatment
- Application of Oil Basthi / Internal Enema Treatment and Detox therapy (to be concluded)
